Disney Cancels Remaining 3D Star Wars Films

Disney canceled 3D Star Wars after lackluster returns for The Phantom Menace. Lucas was initially criticized for beginning the 3D releases with Episode I. Had he started with Star Wars, things might have been different.
I saw the 3D Episode I at the dollar show – it’s still the greatest letdown in film history. A true embarrassment. Disney’s move proves that George Lucas is no longer in charge of Lucasfilm.
